ADHD assessment for adults

For people who want clarity about attention, overwhelm, and executive functioning — without shame or reductionism.

If you’ve been carrying the invisible load for years, ADHD can be missed, misread, or layered with anxiety, trauma responses, and burnout. This assessment is designed to consider the full context.

This may be a fit if…

  • You’ve wondered about ADHD (especially if you “function,” but it costs you a lot).

  • You feel stuck in cycles of urgency: procrastination → pressure → push → crash.

  • Organization, time, follow-through, or emotional regulation feel harder than they “should.”

  • You want a trauma-informed lens that doesn’t ignore the nervous system or your history.

  • You want results that translate into practical next steps in real life.

This may not be a fit if…

  • You need emergency or crisis support right now.

  • You want a one-session confirmation without depth or context.

  • You want an assessment that is strictly medical-model focused with minimal exploration.

What you’ll leave with

  • Clear clinical impressions (whether ADHD fits, and what else may be contributing)

  • Practical recommendations tailored to your patterns and your life

  • A feedback session where you can ask questions and make sense of what we found

  • The option for follow up

How the process works

Step 1:

intake and history

We start with context. History, patterns, and what you’ve tried already.

Step 2:

assessment sessions

Standardized measures and structured interview components. The pace is intentional.

Step 3:

collateral (where needed)

When appropriate, we may include additional context such as records or a collateral questionnaire.

Step 4:

feedback and next steps

You’ll receive a dedicated feedback session and leave with a plan.

Investment

Assessment deposit: $500.
